All arrangements at Himalchuli Nature Farmstay are built on trust and commitment. Once we receive your booking request, we will send you an invoice along with the necessary payment details and procedures.

To secure your reservation, an advance deposit is generally required prior to your arrival in Nepal. Our team will assist you throughout the secure booking and payment process.

2. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their bookings at any time; however, cancellations must be communicated to us in writing.

Since cancellations involve administrative costs, we retain the deposit paid. A minimum of 20% of the total package amount is considered a non-refundable deposit used to secure your booking.

3. Price Increases

Any unforeseen cost increases beyond our control will be passed directly to the guest. These may include:

• Airfare changes
• Fuel surcharges
• Government taxes and fees
• Currency exchange rate fluctuations

In some instances, price adjustments may also apply if the number of participants in a group falls below the originally agreed count.

We reserve the right to alter or modify any itinerary at any time for reasons beyond our control. Such circumstances may include:

• Government restrictions
• Safety or operational concerns

If such changes become necessary, we will make every effort to provide advance notice and ensure that the revised itinerary meets the core objectives of the original plan as closely as possible.
